For the windows of heaven will open and the fountains of the deep reopen, * begetting FIRE this time and not WATER. * (3)<\/p>\n<p>Under the \u201cLaw of Purification\u201d the Earth must be purified by fire first, then water. * (4)<\/p>\n<p>Although I spared the Earth from fire during the great Noahic flood, I shall not spare the Earth from fire again.
