And they came and were baptized. 24 For John had not yet been thrown into prison.<br \/>\n25 Then there arose a dispute between some of John\u2019s disciples and the Jews about purification. 26 And they came to John and said to him, \u201cRabbi, He who was with you beyond the Jordan, to whom you have testified\u2014behold, He is baptizing, and all are coming to Him!\u201d<br \/>\n27 John answered and said, \u201dA man can receive nothing unless it has been given to him from heaven. 28 You yourselves bear me witness, that I said, \u2019I am not the Christ,\u2019 but, \u2019I have been sent before Him.\u2019 29 He who has the bride is the bridegroom; but the friend of the bridegroom, who stands and hears him, rejoices greatly because of the bridegroom\u2019s voice. Therefore this joy of mine is fulfilled. 30 He must increase, but I must decrease. 31 He who comes from above is above all; he who is of the earth is earthly and speaks of the earth. He who comes from heaven is above all. 32 And what He has seen and heard, that He testifies; and no one receives His testimony. 33 He who has received His testimony has certified that God is true. 34 For He whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for God does not give the Spirit by measure. 35 The Father loves the Son, and has given all things into His hand. 36 He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>John 3:22-36 * (8)<\/p>\n<p>Unquestionably, John the Baptist is the friend of the Bridegroom.<\/p>\n<p>Jesus is the Bridegroom!<\/p>\n<p>And when the Bridegroom came, fasting was not required until He left, but only after He departed. <\/p>\n<p>As written:<\/p>\n<p>JESUS IS QUESTIONED ABOUT FASTING<\/p>\n<p>18 The disciples of John and of the Pharisees were fasting. Then they came and said to Him, \u201cWhy do the disciples of John and of the Pharisees fast, but Your disciples do not fast?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>19 And Jesus said to them, \u201dCan the friends of the bridegroom fast while the bridegroom is with them? As long as they have the bridegroom with them they cannot fast. 20 But the days will come when the bridegroom will be taken away from them, and then they will fast in those days.<\/p>\n<p>Mark 2:18-20 * (9)<\/p>\n<p>Nevertheless, all such prior was at Christ\u2019s First Coming, for He was the One who came to take away the sins of the world, He, the suffering and sacrificial lamb. * (10)<\/p>\n<p>Such was written:<\/p>\n<p>29 The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, \u201cBehold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world! 30 This is He of whom I said, \u2018After me comes a Man who is preferred before me, for He was before me.\u2019 31 I did not know Him; but that He should be revealed to Israel, therefore I came baptizing with water.\u201d<br \/>\n32 And John bore witness, saying, \u201cI saw the Spirit descending from heaven like a dove, and He remained upon Him. 33 I did not know Him, but He who sent me to baptize with water said to me, \u2018Upon whom you see the Spirit descending, and remaining on Him, this is He who baptizes with the Holy Spirit.\u2019 34 And I have seen and testified that this is the Son of God.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>John 1:29-34 <\/p>\n<p>However, when Christ returns, he shall come not as the sacrificial lamb, but as the roaring lion of the Tribe of Judah, the true and eternal LION \u201cKing of Kings\u201d. * (11)<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, at Christ\u2019s return, MYSTERIOUSLY a three-fold coming occurs \u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u2026 at a very great war, immediately prior to Tribulation \u2026 * (12) <\/p>\n<p>\u2026 at the RAPTURE of the Church (the \u201cgathering together\u201d and \u201cgreat catching away\u201d) \u2026 * (13) <\/p>\n<p>\u2026 and after Tribulation at His \u201cSecond Coming\u201d, when Messiah will defeat all of His enemies in finality, then to rule and reign for a thousand years. * (14) <\/p>\n<p>As John the Baptist came to prepare the way before Christ as the sacrificial lamb at His \u201cFirst Coming\u201d \u2026 * (8) <\/p>\n<p>\u2026 quite MYSTERIOUSLY, one \u201cMan of God\u201d whom the Lord has already chosen, shall tremendously soon begin to prepare the way before Christ to come at His soon, final \u201cthree-fold\u201d Coming:<\/p>\n<p>As previously written in finality, such is very soon to come to pass as prophesied:<\/p>\n<p>THE COMING MESSENGER<\/p>\n<p>1 \u201dBehold, I send My messenger,<br \/>\nAnd he will prepare the way before Me.<br \/>\nAnd the Lord, whom you seek,<br \/>\nWill suddenly come to His temple,<br \/>\nEven the Messenger of the covenant,<br \/>\nIn whom you delight.<br \/>\nBehold, He is coming,\u201d<br \/>\nSays the LORD of hosts.<br \/>\n2 \u201dBut who can endure the day of His coming?<br \/>\nAnd who can stand when He appears?<br \/>\nFor He is like a refiner\u2019s fire<br \/>\nAnd like launderers\u2019 soap.<br \/>\n3 He will sit as a refiner and a purifier of silver;<br \/>\nHe will purify the sons of Levi,<br \/>\nAnd purge them as gold and silver,<br \/>\nThat they may offer to the LORD<br \/>\nAn offering in righteousness.<br \/>\n4 \u201dThen the offering of Judah and Jerusalem<br \/>\nWill be pleasant to the LORD,<br \/>\nAs in the days of old,<br \/>\nAs in former years.<\/p>\n<p>Malachi 3:1-4 <\/p>\n<p>For then the Lord will remember His chosen and elect ones upon the Earth before that coming Tribulation, as likewise written:<\/p>\n<p>A BOOK OF REMEMBRANCE<\/p>\n<p>16 Then those who feared the LORD spoke to one another,<br \/>\nAnd the LORD listened and heard them;<br \/>\nSo a book of remembrance was written before Him<br \/>\nFor those who fear the LORD<br \/>\nAnd who meditate on His name.<br \/>\n17 \u201dThey shall be Mine,\u201d says the LORD of hosts,<br \/>\n\u201cOn the day that I make them My jewels.<br \/>\nAnd I will spare them<br \/>\nAs a man spares his own son who serves him.\u201d<br \/>\n18 Then you shall again discern<br \/>\nBetween the righteous and the wicked,<br \/>\nBetween one who serves God<br \/>\nAnd one who does not serve Him.<\/p>\n<p>Malachi 3:16-18 <\/p>\n<p>For in the Heaven of heavens, a paradigm shift will occur in declaration, as written:<\/p>\n<p>SEVENTH TRUMPET: THE KINGDOM PROCLAIMED<\/p>\n<p>15 Then the seventh angel sounded: And there were loud voices in heaven, saying, \u201dThe kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever!\u201d 16 And the twenty-four elders who sat before God on their thrones fell on their faces and worshiped God, 17 saying:<br \/>\n\u201cWe give You thanks, O Lord God Almighty,<br \/>\nThe One who is and who was and who is to come,<br \/>\nBecause You have taken Your great power and reigned.<\/p>\n<p>Revelation 11:15-17 <\/p>\n<p>For behold, the Lord Jesus Christ is coming very soon, in ways which are known as revealed in the Holy Scriptures, but also in ways unknown, hidden, and unrevealed \u2026 MYSTERIOUSLY and SECRETIVE!<\/p>\n<p>Finally, in a conclusory fashion, these things were clearly and concisely written to make an astounding POINT about great and awesome faith:<\/p>\n<p>29 Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>30 And truly Jesus did many other signs in the presence of His disciples, which are not written in this book; 31 but these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in His name.<\/p>\n<p>John 20:29(b)-30<\/p>\n<p>As further written to substantiate that POINT concerning faith in the Lord Jesus, is yet a great MYSTERY greater than the obvious words:<\/p>\n<p>1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. 2 For by it the elders obtained a good testimony.<br \/>\n3 By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible.<\/p>\n<p>Hebrews 11:1-3 <\/p>\n<p>Also, as written:<\/p>\n<p>5 By faith Enoch was taken away so that he did not see death, \u201cand was not found, because God had taken him\u201d; for before he was taken he had this testimony, that he pleased God. 6 But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.<\/p>\n<p>Hebrews 11:5-6 * (15)<\/p>\n<p>Soon, after the Tribulation of these soon coming days, there shall be a great Feast and celebration of His subsequent return (then, fasting will no longer be necessary as is now), as written:<\/p>\n<p>7 Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready.\u201d 8 And to her it was granted to be arrayed in fine linen, clean and bright, for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints.<br \/>\n9 Then he said to me, \u201cWrite: \u2019Blessed are those who are called to the marriage supper of the Lamb!\u2019 \u201c And he said to me, \u201dThese are the true sayings of God.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>Revelation 19:7-9 <\/p>\n<p>Also written:<\/p>\n<p>10  \u2026 For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Revelation 19:10(b) <\/p>\n<p>Then we shall live with our belov-ed Husband forever! <\/p>\n<p>For most surely, He, our wondrous Messiah &#8211;
