God is the Lord over all creation – of His Creative Design … which indeed governs all creation.
While the Lord shall begin to reveal creation to humanity …
… the one way to validate the CREATOR is to simply reveal great changes to the creation (before an unbelieving world) …
… by detailing the things Lord shall change by prophesying such, by then making the actual changes with the giving of the interpretation of the changes, and afterwards, by then changing such reversely and oppositely …
… so that mankind will finally understand that the Lord is indeed the CREATOR God of all the heavens and the Earth, even into the universe and that which lies beyond!
