How can atonement be made for the shedding of blood?

Only by the shed blood of the “shedder” can atonement be made, whether mortally or eternally! * (2)

God’s Silence will be Broken Whereupon He Shall Thunder Cacophonous Rebuke unto the Whole Earth …
