God Gave Mankind Dominion Over the Earth … which Man has Unquestionably Abused …

The God of all creation speaks to the fullness of the Earth and all humanity upon it:

And indeed, by COVENANT and “Trust Agreement”, I gave man dominion over it at the rejuvenation of creation, but again after the “Great Flood”. * (2)
