The Lord created the Earth as the habitation of mankind, which He designed and created, placing him upon the Earth.
Yet man has sinned so greatly over time, but especially in these days of the latter days …
… that the Earth can absorb no more sin, iniquity, abomination, and blasphemy …
… but even more so, the Earth cannot sustain the shedding of innocent blood (nor can it sustain even that which is not innocent).
