Righteousness and Godliness does not prevail upon the Earth in these latter days of the end-times.
However, the Lord says that soon thereafter, certainly after the end of the age and after the end of the next age of Tribulation … righteousness and Godliness will indeed prevail upon the Earth in near exclusivity.

… such shall be fully manifested across the Earth and upon mankind as poured out by God … but only after Tribulation!
