Does the End Come Before the Beginning According to God?

Thus says the Lord God to mankind and the whole Earth:

Prophetically speaking … I, the Lord, know the end from the beginning …

… but I also know the beginning from the end …

… because I created that beginning (of mankind and the Earth) … from an ending I designed, fashioned, and implemented.

Contrary to time as man knows it … I work many things in reverse TIME, in and around TIME, and especially outside of TIME!
