Can God cause mankind to REPENT of his sins, iniquities, and abominations, so as to then come back unto the Lord?

Can God bring humanity to CEASE all of his sins, iniquities, and abominations before God and the whole Earth?

Indeed so, but since the sending of the Savior to humankind …
