The Lord says unto Israel and the whole Earth:
I DECLARE the Jubilee Year on this day, the Day of Atonement, on Yom Kippur … the 10th day of the seventh month, in accordance of that which I declared through Moses, recorded in the Book of Leviticus, as written:
The Year of Jubilee
8 ‘And you shall count seven sabbaths of years for yourself, seven times seven years; and the time of the seven sabbaths of years shall be to you forty-nine years.
9 Then you shall cause the trumpet of the Jubilee to sound on the tenth day of the seventh month; on the Day of Atonement you shall make the trumpet to sound throughout all your land.
10 And you shall consecrate the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land to all its inhabitants. It shall be a Jubilee for you; and each of you shall return to his possession, and each of you shall return to his family.
11 That fiftieth year shall be a Jubilee to you; in it you shall neither sow nor reap what grows of its own accord, nor gather the grapes of your untended vine.
12 For it is the Jubilee; it shall be holy to you; you shall eat its produce from the field.
13 ‘In this Year of Jubilee, each of you shall return to his possession.
14 And if you sell anything to your neighbor or buy from your neighbor’s hand, you shall not oppress one another.
15 According to the number of years after the Jubilee you shall buy from your neighbor, and according to the number of years of crops he shall sell to you.
16 According to the multitude of years you shall increase its price, and according to the fewer number of years you shall diminish its price; for he sells to you according to the number of the years of the crops.
17 Therefore you shall not oppress one another, but you shall fear your God; for I am the Lord your God.

Further, I declare this JUBILEE – as the God of Israel, the sovereign King of Israel!
For on the Day of Atonement in this year of 5776, in the year 2015 … the “ACCEPTABLE YEAR OF THE LORD” is declared, after the passing of centuries upon centuries.
For I, the Lord, have done these things:
I have restored My peoples to all the lands I have apportioned for them, at this time …
… and further I have restored them to be a great nation in the land which I promised Abraham, that is, restored in partiality … for I shall soon begin to restore more of those promised lands, in beginning …
… and more so, I have indeed given unto Israel not ONE nation, but MANY NATIONS beyond the “State of Israel” …
… and even more so, I have given My holy city of Jerusalem back to My peoples in fullness (and despite its contested ownership by other peoples, lands, and nations) … the city is absolutely Mine – the inheritance of the Lord … for which I have given My holy city unto Israel … into the hands of My own peoples … forever!
Two things remain to be done to declare the Jubilee … of which this Godly declaration by and through My High Servant is one. The other is to declare the Tribes of Israel as existent within the world of this day and age, especially at this very day, date, and time.
Concerning the Jubilee Year … I have given unto Israel and the whole Earth the specific signs of the Jubilee (although there are many more signs beyond the scope of this declaration):
• The Balfour Declaration of November 1917.
• Jerusalem captured in the “Battle of Jerusalem”, as taken by British General Edmund Allenby, in December 1917.
• East Jerusalem and the Temple Mount captured by the State of Israel, during the Six-Day War of June 1967.
• The Day of Atonement of the 22nd and 23rd of September 2015 … exactly 17,640 days since the capturing of the Temple Mount on the 7th of June 1967 … consisting of exactly forty-nine years of three hundred sixty days each.
These signs have I, the Lord, designed for this very day, so as to give partial proof of the trueness of this declaration of the “Day of Jubilee”, pronounced as the start of the “Acceptable Year of the Lord!”
Now, I shall also begin to pour down upon Israel – upon “Greater Israel” … signs and wonders, with great miracles and awesome Godly works … to show that this is indeed the Jubilee Year, as declared from Heaven unto the heavens and the Earth!
But also shall I pour out signs and wonders …
… upon the unGodly nations, lands, and peoples, of those persecuting My own peoples, lands, and nations …
… and with these signs and wonders, these things also:
… JUDGMENT …
… VENGEANCE …
… RECOMPENSE!
For this is also the “Year of Vengeance”, in beginning …
… and the “Year of Recompense” for My own peoples, lands, and nations of the children of Jacob, of ALL the Tribes of Israel …
… declares the Almighty God … the Holy One of Israel!
