The Lord Shall Send a Messenger to the Elders of Israel Before Delivering Them from Their Enemies …
The God of Jacob to the children of Israel:
To repeat … I have surely seen the oppression of My people by the unGodly …
… and have thusly heard their cries, for I know their sorrows, their complaints, their despairs, and their lamentations. *
I constantly hear them plea unto I, the Lord their God …
… to send Messiah to DELIVER and SAVE them from their enemies, many of whom are within their own ranks and peoples.
Therefore, hear the Word of the Lord, O Israel …
… I shall soon reveal My GLORY to you, O My peoples, to shine within Israel … and to then shake the lands of Jacob with My mighty PRESENCE – before I send Messiah. **

“‘Behold, I send My messenger,
And he will prepare the way before Me.
And the Lord, whom you seek,
Will suddenly come to His temple,
Even the Messenger of the covenant,
In whom you delight.
Behold, He is coming,’
Says the Lord of hosts.”

With the statutes and judgments.

For the Lord your God shall send a messenger to the chief leaders and elders of Israel, before all the children of Jacob …
… to reinforce the laws and commandments of God, to cause the peoples of Israel to repent and cease their sins, and to prepare them for what is to come through the judgment of God against His peoples …
… but more so of what is to come prophetically when the whole world comes dramatically and drastically against Israel during the soon coming time of great trouble – – – the “Time of Jacob’s Trouble”. ****
Thereafter, IF the peoples of God obey the guidance and directives of My messenger, then I will quickly DELIVER and SAVE them from their enemies …
