Today’s Humanity was Prophesied to be Like the “Days of Lot” and the Destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah …
God is the Lord of the whole Earth, and therefore I declare these words:
This further, as clearly and concisely written, shows the state of mankind before the very great time of trouble and Tribulation comes upon the whole entirety of the world:
As declared by Messiah and subsequently written:
“And as it was in the days of Noah, so it will be also in the days of the Son of Man: They ate, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all.”
Luke 17:26-27 * (1)
And this, even more damning, as declared, then written:
Likewise as it was also in the days of Lot: They ate, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they built; but on the day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven and destroyed them all. Even so will it be in the day when the Son of Man is revealed.”
In that day, he who is on the housetop, and his goods are in the house, let him not come down to take them away. And likewise the one who is in the field, let him not turn back. Remember Lot’s wife. Whoever seeks to save his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life will preserve it.”
Luke 17:28-33
How were they the days before the “Days of Lot” concerning the destruction of the cities of the plain, including Sodom and Gomorrah? * (2)
As further written:
“[God] turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah into ashes, condemned them to destruction, making the man example to those who afterward would live ungodly; and delivered righteous Lot, who was oppressed by the filthy conduct of the wicked (for that righteous man, dwelling among them, tormented his righteous soul from day to day by seeing and hearing their lawless deeds)”
2 Peter 2: 4-11
As more so written:
“And the angels who did not keep their proper domain, but left their own abode, He has reserved in everlasting chains under darkness for the judgment of the great day; as Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities around them in a similar manner to these, having given themselves over to sexual immorality and gone after strange flesh, are set forth as an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.”
Jude 1:6-7
Therefore, the Lord declares that what is coming will be wretchedly disastrous and catastrophic!
