Seeking Signs from God Concerning the End-Times – Part II of IV …
Thus says the Almighty CREATOR God to the world:
Can humanity truly discern the signs of these end-times upon mankind and the Earth, those which are already upon the world this very day, date, and time? * (1)
Evidently not, says the Lord.
For this, as written, was given to those who reject the Word of God:
And while the crowds were thickly gathered together, He began to say, “This is an evil generation. It seeks a sign, and no sign will be given to it except the sign of Jonah the prophet. For as Jonah became a sign to the Ninevites, so also the Son of Man will be to this generation. The queen of the South will rise up in the judgment with the men of this generation and condemn them, for she came from the ends of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and indeed a greater than Solomon is here. The men of Nineveh will rise up in the judgment with this generation and condemn it, for they repented at the preaching of Jonah; and indeed a greater than Jonah is here.”

Then some of the scribes and Pharisees answered, saying, “Teacher, we want to see a sign from You.”

Matthew 12:38-42
And likewise, there shall be three days of terror and darkness on the earth, as also was in the “Days of Moses” when he plagued Egypt with the ninth plague of darkness. * (3)
And furthermore, just as Jonah, whereupon he experienced three days of terror and darkness * (4) … so shall the whole entirety of the world experience three days of terror and darkness upon the whole face of the Earth by soon time.
And even greater, during the Tribulation, there shall be great darkness upon certain kingdoms, then upon the whole of the Earth. * (5)
Darkness, such as it was, such as it is, such as it will be is one of the greatest signs forthcoming … in a great MYSTERY of God!
